General Store Item Return Policy:

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described.  You can get a refund 15 days after your package has been delivered. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
